I just started this game a few days ago I haven't even gotten my mods set up yet it's just been enter game and try things out. It was working fine when I first tried it, but after that it no longer worked, even if I used the initial sims that succeeded. The penises just stay soft no matter what during hoe it up. Unfortunately I think it's not a game problem, I think the mod was created long ago with the original mannequins without genitals.
We should ask for confirmation to "Sacrifical" who devised the mod, but I was not able to send any message to him.
I am having the same issue. I have tired everything including replacing the penis model with updated ones. I have checked and according to the hoe it up website the mod was updated for the seasons update. I'm having issues with it as well, soft penis and the women have underwear on. I've checked my cc and got rid of the broken ones, still nothing. I don't think the creator wants to sync it up with Whickedwhims, which is such a the sims 4 hoe it up mod download honestly.
